Job Description: BE/DME (Mechanical) from a reputed University having 12-15 years of work experience in a medium engineering company in Quality Assurance Department. Qualification in Packaging from a reputed institute is preferable. Able to lead QA Team of 10 members. Should be familiar with QMS of ISO 9001:2015. Knowledge on Sheet Metal would be an added advantage.

To ensure planning and coordination of related activity in coordination with supervisor to monitor Line clearance, IPM, Documents review, sampling activity. To ensure and coordination that all IPQA activities are being done as per SOP in line with GMP. To support in execution of the validation protocol, Review and Approval of process validation protocol, report and continued process verification protocol/report.
 
Experience of QA Lab equipment in Sheet Metal industry. Experience to work as QMS Leader / MR Role. Knowledge about Shop Floor Quality Management and process improvement.
 
Participate in intra and inter departmental meeting discussions. Co-ordination with other departments for day-to-day activities. Support customer complaint, Deviations, Investigation.
 
Ensure the company’s adherence to the required norms of local and international authorities/group guidelines. Maintain confidentiality endure safe custody and efficient handling of company documents and materials.
 
Review and approval of qualification and requalification documents. Ensure the compliance of quality risk assessment related to the manufacturing, packaging and equipment.
 
To involves in quality system i. e change control process, deviation and investigation related to equipment and utilities. Support in drafting, review and approval SOP (QA, Production and Despatch dept.) and its management in line with requirements of regulatory. Educational Qualification: BE/DME (Mechanical) from a reputed University .
